Tutti Foundations

This is a beginner friendly class where we use simple movements to build into a challenging workout.

This is a perfect way to introduce yourself to the reformer if it’s your first time, or to get back into Pilates after a break from exercise or if you’re recovering an injury.

Our fabulous instructors will guide you through a feel-good movement moment.

Tutti Move

Our signature class where you’ll move everything from head to toe, building your strength, flexibility and balance.
Our amazing instructors will guide you through a seamlessly flowing sequence of movements that will get you just the right amount of sweaty.
It’s upbeat, fun and the ideal workout for the morning or afternoon.

Tutti Stronger

It’s time to step it up.. and get STRONGER

In this class we aim to challenge your entire body with the 3 prime movements push, pull and squat. Working our major muscle groups to help gain strength and endurance all on the pilates reformer.

In this class expect to use more challenging springs and dumbbells throughout. We’ll take simple functional movements and make them more strength based. Think big muscle groups working to their capacity.

Whilst we do aim to be inclusive to all abilities we generally wouldn’t recommend this class for a beginner, we can work around it, if this time slot suits you best though.

This class is pregnancy friendly, providing no complications and previous attendance at Tutti prior to becoming pregnant.

Bring your grippy socks (available to purchase in studio) and water bottle!

Tutti Hustle

Fancy a little sweat sesh?

All of your favourite pilates strength movements that you know and love with a sprinkling of cardio in between. This cardio class aims to get your heart rate up and challenge you in the best way!

Whilst we do aim to be inclusive to all abilities we generally wouldn’t recommend this class for a beginner.

This class is pregnancy friendly, providing you have no complications and you've been to classes at Tutti prior to becoming pregnant.

Don't forget your drink bottle and grippy socks (available in studio to purchase)

Tutti x Baby

Bring your baby to workout!

This is our Tutti Move class that's been modified to your post-natal body and your baby.

Bring a mat and some toys for your baby and allow us to guide you through supportive movement that suits your body.

Everybody welcome ~ with approval to exercise post-natal
