It’s a little more stretchy and a little more flowy. We still work to a challenge, but we take a moment to stretch in between. It’s for the days that you’re not feeling like going HAM, but you still want to move
This is a perfect way to introduce yourself to the reformer if it’s your first time, to get back into Pilates after a break from exercise or if you’re recovering an injury.

A high energy and fast-paced class, where we get your heart pumping and legs burning
It has everything you love about a flowing reformer Pilates class with the added bonus of the jump board.
Your fabulous instructor will guide you through a range of jumps whether it challenges your upper body, lower body or core with a colourful sequence in between.

Bring your baby to workout!
This is our Tutti Move class that's been modified to your post-natal body and your baby.
Bring a mat and some toys for your baby and allow us to guide you through supportive movement that suits your body.
